Reina 7 Had one moment of madness but look solid and very confident including one punch that almost took Vidukas head off.

Hyypia 7 Rarely troubled in defence and brought the ball forward well once Boro were down to 10 men.

Carragher 7 Covered very well as usual. Gave the ball away unnecessarily a few times during the siege at the end.

Finnan 8 I think Downing is still in his pocket. Did not attack as much as usual.
