Rafa hints at another Djib start
Rafa has explained that Djib may again be in the starting line up away to Anderlecht on Wednesday. He feels that Djib will be the man to utilise the space that Anderlecht will leave as they need a win and love to attack cavalier style at home:
"It is a possibility," Benitez responded when asked if Cisse would start on Wednesday. "Anderlecht know they must win to have any chance of qualifying and they realise this could be their last chance. If they attack high up the pitch, we will have chances to exploit and maybe Cisse will start."
"If you look at the players they have in their team, it's clear that they are not a bad team," Benitez claimed. "They have a lot of quality to choose from and they attack with pace. They certainly play some nice football but sometimes when they go forward, they leave some space open at the back. I've watched their game against Real Betis and they created a couple of clear openings before Betis scored. They will want to win and so do we so it could be a very exciting game of football to look forward to."
Hopefully we will increase Anderlecht's run of successive Champions League defeats into double figures and take a big step towards qualification.

ok,fine he score a goal, but spurned 1/2
dozen of chance.he should be shiped out.
we still have talent like flo-sinama.
The Lord to start, how many more games do we need to go looking toothless in the final third before he's given his shot ? We paid 14m to bring him in as a striker so play him there, Nando and Crouch can vy to partner him as of the three, although he hasn't set Anfield alight, he is the best this season.
Shame on you liverpool "Fans" Do your homework fellas! Cisse is potting something like 1 goal every 100 minutes or so. That aint exactly suffering, is it? I think that Rafa is using him in the right scenario's and Anderlecht will be another game that he will stand a good chance to feature in and score.
We aren't exactly looking toothless either as we have had a multitude of near misses and shoulda beens. We've shown poor finishing form, and yet are still in a good position to improve greatly on last years results in the League.
Have faith you "fans" -- support your team. Go you mighy Red Men
I think that Cisse has got 8 goals this season.
Thats from only a handful of starts and playing out of position for a lot of it.
I would say that is a pretty good return. I guarantee that if he starts against Anderlecht he will score....and we will win the game.
For both Cisse and Moro it is now a case of working hard and keeping sharp in front of goal.
