Seville planning Josemi bid

There are reports in the Spanish media suggesting Seville are lining up a transfer window move for Josemi. Seville are short in the right back position following the sale of talented youngster Sergio Ramos to Real Madrid. The current Seville coach Juande Ramos used to work with Josemi at Mallorca and is known to be a fan of the tough tackling rightback.

The Spanish club are though to have allocated £ 2 million for the bid. However much will depend of Josemi. He has already stated he wants to stay and prove himself in the Premiership and Rafa is giving him ample opportunities.

Personally I feel that Josemi still needs to improve significantly to justify his place in our squad. He does not inspire too much confidence when he plays and gives away too many free kicks.
