Dilemma for Cisse

If the situation at Anfield doesn't improve for Djib he will have to make a difficult decision in January. He will be torn between club and country with the World Cup approaching fast:
"I want to emphasise that I love being in England and at Liverpool - and I want to stay and fight for my place," said Cisse,
"But if my situation with regard to playing for Liverpool has not evolved by January 2006, then I would consider leaving Liverpool for a club where I would be afforded more playing time with a view to the 2006 World Cup.
"Being on the bench annoys me. I know it's selfish but I have to think about my own career.
"There's a World Cup which is coming and I want to be part of it."
Apparently Marseille are looking at the possibility of making a loan move for Cisse in the transfer window:
"The possibility of taking Cisse on loan will firm up in December. We know that he is not playing at the moment," said Marseille sporting director Jose Anigo.
"If Djibril is to play in the World Cup finals with France then he needs to be playing regularly.
"If he wants to come to Marseille he will be made very welcome."
It looks like Cisse will be off in January as just like Baros he does not appear to fit in Rafa's plans.
