Dudek wants the number one Jerzy back

Jerzy has now recovered from his injury and is determined to regain his spot. There were rumours that Rafa was looking to sell him in the summer but an injury stopped any potential moves. Pepe has already shown he is an excellent shot stopper but can be a bit shaky from crosses. Dudek knows how difficult it is to adapt to the Premiership and is hoping he will be given a chance to impress again:

"If I get the chance I know I'm going to take it and do what Pepe is doing just now," said the Pole. "He has done very well because I know myself how hard it is to come to a new country and establish yourself. "He's a very good keeper, but I want my place back."

I think Jerzy will find it hard to regain his place as Rafa doesn't rate him too highly and seems to favour his countryman.
