Rafa expecting hungry Kewell to deliver

Rafa has always rated Kewell. The biggest example of his regard for Kewell was when he was selected to start in the Champions League final. There have been a few reports this week, linking Harry with a move away in the January transfer window, however Rafa will give him every chance to prove himself now he his back from injury:

"Harry is trying to play as well as possible," Benitez said. "That's his priority.
"Players who have been out injured for a long time need time and support, especially when they are as good as Harry.
"Which team would not want someone who can play as a winger or a second striker and has the quality of Harry Kewell? "In my opinion, he has all the potential and the talent and the quality.
"When you have been injured, you need to play games in a row and when he starts playing well, he will have more confidence.
"We need to see over the next month how he is, but I have confidence in him because he has the sort of quality that we need.
"I believe he still has the desire to succeed here. He's our player. We are supporting him and he must give to us things also."

If Kewell can take his chance and rediscover his best form he will be a major asset.
