Rafa happy with defence but not attack
After our second goalless draw in three Premiership games Rafa has acknowledged that we must sharpen up our attacking skills:
"We have three clean sheets and we are better than last season in terms of defence but we need to improve in terms of attack."
"If we score three goals next week, then everything will change," he insisted.
"In football, it's easy to talk but it's better to wait. Everything can change. At this moment, I'm very happy with the players I have."
As for Gerrard's form, he added: "He's okay. He knew what to do during the game, he changed his position twice and he did a good job.
"The more games he plays, the better he will get. He was injured for 10 days and then played two games without training. Now he has played another game without training and in a few weeks, he will be better."
Dietmar Hamann was taken off after being smacked on the back of the head by the ball, however Rafa believes he will be fine for the trip to Seville.
"I think he will be okay but he got a blow on the head and was a bit dazed," he revealed.
It is indeed worrying that we have yet to score from open play, but its still early days and there's plenty of time for things to get better.

We have had this problem last year with Baros not taking shots and not putting the ball at the back of the net.
LFC need to really work on shooting practices for our strikers. I know many believe that a good striker will always know where the goal is like instinct but practise is what is needed to make it second nature to all our goal poaches.
